The role is varied but will include:
- Ensure delivery of Property Management Services in accordance with Management Agreements,Client KPIs and Industry Best Practice
- Understand Client’s objectives in relation to each property/portfolio and work closely with them to achieve/exceed their expectations
- Efficiently deliver Management services including (but not limited to): data/lease event management, tenant relationship management, compliance, service charge budgeting/reconciliation (in accordance with best practice guidelines), schedules of dilapidations, financial /arrears management and accurate & timely reporting
- Act as a single point of contact for the Client in respect of all matters relating to each property
- Effective liaison with other team members including (where relevant) property managers, building managers, client accountants and other team members
- Any other duties appropriate to this role as required from time to time. The work will cover a wide range of work including lettings, rent r reviews, lease renewals, strategic advice, service charge management and day to day management issues.
Person specification:
- RICS qualified with 1-2 years post qualification experience
- Experience in management of mixed use and residential properties
- High levels of self-motivation
- Articulate, professional and persuasive with a good telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to retain information
- Confident to meet, present to, negotiate and socialise with a wide range of clients, tenants and professionals
- Be adaptable and above all, keen and enthusiastic
- The candidate will be confident, thorough and personable and with the ability to deal with a range of diverse issues and personalities
- Excellent attention to detail/ presentation
