We’re recruiting for a Property & Facilities Management Surveyor

​We are seeking a full time qualified Surveyor to provide a complete property and facilities management service to a range of clients in office, retail and residential sectors. This is a temporary role.

The role is varied but will include:

  • Ensure delivery of Property Management Services in accordance with Management Agreements,Client KPIs and Industry Best Practice
  • Understand Client’s objectives in relation to each property/portfolio and work closely with them to achieve/exceed their expectations
  • Efficiently deliver Management services including (but not limited to): data/lease event management, tenant relationship management, compliance, service charge budgeting/reconciliation (in accordance with best practice guidelines), schedules of dilapidations, financial /arrears management and accurate & timely reporting
  • Act as a single point of contact for the Client in respect of all matters relating to each property
  • Effective liaison with other team members including (where relevant) property managers, building managers, client accountants and other team members
  • Any other duties appropriate to this role as required from time to time. The work will cover a wide range of work including lettings, rent r reviews, lease renewals, strategic advice, service charge management and day to day management issues.

Person specification:

  • RICS qualified with 1-2 years post qualification experience
  • Experience in management of mixed use and residential properties
  • High levels of self-motivation
  • Articulate, professional and persuasive with a good telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to retain information
  • Confident to meet, present to, negotiate and socialise with a wide range of clients, tenants and professionals
  • Be adaptable and above all, keen and enthusiastic
  • The candidate will be confident, thorough and personable and with the ability to deal with a range of diverse issues and personalities
  • Excellent attention to detail/ presentation
