Martin’s Properties makes planning application for mixed-use development at 1-5 Radnor Walk, SW3

JPW’s client Martin’s Properties has submitted a planning application for a mixed use scheme at the former hospital site 1-5 Radnor Walk.

JPW has advised Martin’s in connection with this site since 2009 when we agreed a surrender of the hospital’s lease. We have subsequently marketed the site as Use Class C2 and D1.

The proposed scheme will provide a number of residential town houses, apartments, retail units on the Kings Road and a new Use Class D1 unit.
