JPW successfully complete site assembly of Mayfair block for Brockton Capital

Brockton’s plans for a luxury £400m residential scheme at 56 Curzon Street, London W1 were recently approved by Westminster City Council.

The property which once housed Marco Pierre White’s Mirabelle restaurant will be redeveloped to provide 31 luxury apartments, a new restaurant, spa and underground parking.

Brockton Capital, the fund manager led by David Marks and Jason Blank, has agreed a £5m affordable housing payment and the planning success comes after an earlier scheme for 27 apartments was rejected in May 2013.
