JPW Response to COVID-19

JPW Real Estate is continuing to operate during normal office hours and our 24/7 Helpdesk (0333 234 7000) will continue to provide an emergency out of hours service. From Thursday 19th March, we have instigated our Business Continuity Plan with all staff, except site-based staff, working from home. We can be contacted via telephone, email and social media. JPW Real Estate staff and our suppliers will continue to work within the constraints and restrictions set by the Government and the provision of our services is subject to the availability of suppliers, materials and transport.

We will continue to attend inspections at our management properties, although we are avoiding face to face meetings where possible. Where meetings are necessary, we are equipped with Microsoft Teams for Video and Telephone Conferencing. Our cleaning contractors have been asked to pay particular attention to surfaces with which people come into contact, such as door handles and lift buttons. As a precautionary measure we have closed gyms.
