The role will involve working closely with the Property Managers and the Accounts Team aswell as supporting the office with administrative duties.
Position: Credit Controller/Admin support
Reporting: Rani Sahota
This role is predominantly for a Credit Controller with some administration duties.
Credit Controller:
• Pursuing all arrears in a timely fashion and in accordance with the Arrears Collection Procedure through to the point of handover to the nominated surveyor
• Dealing with both supplier and tenant account queries
• Keeping excellent records and liaising with colleagues at all levels
• Be the first point of contact for tenants enquiring about their arrears position
• To keep proper notes on the system as to any conversations or correspondence to tenants, solicitors and colleagues
• Dealing with incoming/outgoing post in the absence of colleagues
• Filing and archiving
• Ordering stationary and office supplies
• Liaising with company suppliers
• Assisting accounts managers in maintaining client management databases; including both supplier invoice data entry and tenant income
Skills Required
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills
• Experience on Qube advantageous
• Team player
