JPW advises Clarkson PLC

JPW, acting as joint agents with CBRE, has advised Clarkson PLC on the pre-let of 75,780 sq ft of office space at Commodity Quay.

Clarkson PLC has committed to a 15 year lease at the newly refurbished 140,000 sq ft Commodity Quay, St. Katharine Docks which is due to complete in June 2014. The scheme is designed by Buckley Grey Yeoman and has also attracted celebrity chef Tom Aikens to one of the two feature restaurant units at quay level, where a new Tom’s Kitchen will open in July.


Max Property, the real estate investment company set up by Nick Leslau, owns 60% of St Katharine Docks, with the balance owned by Newmarket Property Holdings, the family trust.
