Rani is the Property Management Director and joined JPW Real Estate in 2015.

EXPERIENCE
Rani has 20 years’ experience working in the Residential/Mixed Use Property Management sector.

Her career started with a small Birmingham company, James and Lister Lea, and progressed to working with some of the National corporates i.e Chestertons, Lambert Smith Hampton.

Rani then returned to working for a smaller partnership company in Birmingham in 2008.
Starting with just 4 employees Rani helped grow the team and successfully headed up their Property Management division.
Rani has extensive experience in managing iconic and high-end complex residential blocks. She tackles any challenges head on and brings a solid understanding of residential legislation and excellent communications skills.

RESPONSIILITIES
As director, Rani is responsible for our residential property management division

MIRPM, IOSH

ACHIEVEMENTS
She successfully achieved ARMA Q status in 2015 with a staff count of 95 members.
She also has significant experience in dealing with First Tier Tribunal cases.
