Olivia is a Commercial Property Surveyor at JPW Real Estate.

EXPERIENCE

Olivia joined the firm in 2012, and has more than 10 years’ experience working with the residential and commercial property sectors. Prior to JPW, Olivia worked for a Brighton-based property company, managing residential and commercial properties including Assured Shorthold Tenancies, retail and office space.

In addition to fulfilling an asset management role, Olivia also assists in providing owner and occupier clients with agency and consultancy advice.

RESPONSIILITIES
Olivia manages our commercial and mixed-use portfolios, and provides landlord and tenant advisory services with a focus on office space. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, asset management, compliance with sustainability regulations, lease compliance and management of rent and services charges.
